CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Regular dishwasher cleaning can extend its life-
time of trouble-free operation.
Grease and limescale can accumulate in dish-
washer chamber. In the event of such accumula-
tion
- Add detergent and do not load any dishes. Select
a high temperature washing programme and start
the dishwasher. If the result is not satisfactory, use
a special cleaner available on the market. (Clean-
ers manufactured specically for dishwashers).
Clean the dishwasher door seal
To remove any accumulated residue from the door
seals, wipe the seals regularly with a damp cloth.
Clean the dishwasher
Clean the spray arms and lters at least once a
week. Before cleaning unplug the dishwasher from
wall outlet and close the water supply valve. Do
not use harsh or abrasive materials when clean-
ing. Wash with a mild cleaning agent and a damp
cloth.
Filters
The lter prevents larger remnants of food or other
objects from getting inside the pum.
The residues may block the lter, in this case they
must be removed.
The lter system consists of a
coarse lter,a at (Main lter)
And a microlter(Fine lter).
Main lter 1
Food and soil particles
trapped in this lter are pulver-
ized by a special jet on the
lower spray arm and washed
down to drain.
Coarse lte 2
Larger items, such as pieces of bones or glass,
that could block the drain are trapped in the coarse
lter. To remove the items caught by the lter,
gently squeeze the tap on the top of this lter and
lift out.
Fine lter 3
Larger items, such as pieces of bones or glass,
that could block the drain are trapped in the coarse
lter. To remove the items caught by the lter,
gently squeeze the tap on the top of this lter and
lift out.
Step 1: Turn the lter in anti-clockwise
direction, then lift it up.
Step 2: lift the Main lter up
Step 3: lift the Fine lter up
Spray arms
It is necessary to clean the spray arms regularly
for hard water chemicals will clog the spray arm
jets and bearings. To remove the spray arms,
screw off the nut clockwise to take out the washer
on top of the spray arm and remove the arm.
Wash the arms in soapy and warm water and use
a soft brush to clean the jets. Replace them after
rinsing them thoroughly.
Water supply hose lter
The water is ltered by the lter in the water supply
line to avoid damage to the appliance due to impu-
rities (such as sand, clay, rust, etc.) that occasion-
ally occur in water. This will also prevent accumu-
lation of sediment after dishwashing. Periodically
inspect the lter and hose and clean if necessary.
To clear the lter, close the water supply valve,
then remove the hose. Remove the lter from the
hose and clean it under running water. Replace
the clean lter inside the hose. Install the hose.
Cleaning the door lock
After each use wipe the door lock and around with
a cloth soaked with mild detergent and wipe dry.
Do not ood the lock with water. Do not use any
aerosol cleaners. They may damage the lock and
electric components inside.
