Appeltaart: (6 porties)
Ingrediënten:
Bodem:
450 gr korstdeegmix
Vulling:
500 gr appel, geschild, van het klokhuis ontdaan en in stukjes gesneden
1 snufje gemalen kruidnagel
5 ml gemalen kaneel
50 gr rozijnen
70 gr basterdsuiker
Garnering:
1 middelgroot ei
20 gr poedersuiker
Bereiding:
1. Verwarm uw Halogen Oven voor op 200 °C.
2. Maak het deeg voor de taartbodem zoals beschreven op de verpakking. Gebruik
¾ voor de bodem voor een taartvorm van 23 cm diameter. Van de rest snijdt u
lange repen van 1 cm breed voor de garnering.
3. Voor de vulling mengt u alle ingrediënten door elkaar. Doe dit mengsel in de
taartvorm op de bodem. Maak een raster met de repen korstdeeg over het
appelmengsel heen.
4. Klop het ei los en smeer dit met een kwastje op de deegrepen. Strooi er de
poedersuiker over.
5. Bak 25-35 minuten.
6. Direct aansluitend serveren. Garneer met een bolletje ijs of slagroom.
