Recette de base
Vous pouvez également remplacer 100g de la quantité totale de farine par des
ocons d’avoine croustillants ou de la farine de blé complet.
125g de margarine ou de beurre
100g de sucre
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
2-3 œufs
250 g de farine
1cc de levure chimique
175–200ml de lait
Préparation:
- Travailler le beurre ou la margarine en pommade. Ajouter le sucre, le sucre vanillé et les
œufs et bien mélanger.
- Incorporer la farine et la levure.
- Verser le lait peu à peu.
- Mélanger le tout au batteur-mixeur réglé au niveau maximal pendant 2 à 3minutes.
Verser la pâte dans les moules de cuisson à l’aide d’une cuillère, d’une poche à douille, d’un
portionneur de pâte ou d’une seringue de cuisine et la laisser cuire jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit
dorée à votre goût.
