• Selezionare un grado di doratura superiore per prodotti come pane nero o pro-
dotti chiari come il pane bianco.
• Le cifre del regolatore di doratura 5 non indicano un orario. Servono solo come
indicazione del grado di doratura.
• Provare prima con un minor grado di doratura perché influiscono il tipo di pane e
il suo spessore, nonché la temperatura del grado di doratura.
• Selezionare un livello di doratura inferiore se si tosta solo una fetta.
• L'accessorio per panini 1 può anche essere utilizzato per riscaldare pane per
hot-dog o hamburger.
Acrilamide
Sulla base delle informazioni attuali, l'acrilamide si forma come “effetto collaterale”
della cosiddetta reazione di doratura quando si cuoce, si arrostisce, si griglia, si frigge
e si tostano alimenti ricchi di carboidrati, come i prodotti a base di cereali.

geno e si forma soprattutto sulla superficie degli alimenti. Pertanto, si consiglia di arrostire
