Bereiding:
De zachte margarine en suiker met een handmixer schuimig kloppen – de eieren en
vanillesuiker erdoor roeren. Bloem en bakpoeder toevoegen en omroeren, daarna
de melk erdoor roeren, zodat er een dik deeg ontstaat.
Dit basisrecept kan ook zonder eieren worden bereid! Vervang in dat geval de halve
hoeveelheid melk door water.
TIPS:
- Evt. een snufje zout toevoegen aan het basisrecept, dat geeft meer smaak.
- Een scheut mineraalwater maakt het deeg luchtig.
- De eieren scheiden, het eiwit stijfkloppen en ten slotte voorzichtig onder de
bereide deegmassa trekken – zo worden de wafels knapperiger.

Ingrediënten: Hoeveelheid:
vloeibare margarine 100g
Eieren 3
Vanillesuiker 3theelepel
Bloem 250g
Bakpoeder 1½theelepel
Zout ½theelepel
Melk 250ml
Bereiding:
Eieren scheiden, eiwit met een snufje zout stijfkloppen. Bloem, bakpoeder, zout,
vanillesuiker en een beetje melk erdoor roeren. Met de eierdooiers en de over-
gebleven melk tot een luchtig deeg kloppen. Vloeibare margarine toevoegen, eiwit
voorzichtig erdoor mengen. Direct bakken.
