Struttura e montaggio

Prima del primo utilizzo dell’apparecchio si consiglia di eseguire una

procedura di riscaldamento con la base, senza cioccolato. Il leggero odore

che può essere sprigionato e l'eventuale formazione di fumo sono dovuti

alla lavorazione e scompaiono dopo breve tempo. Non si tratta di un fun-

zionamento errato dell’apparecchio. In ogni caso garantire una sufﬁciente

ventilazione, ad esempio aprendo una ﬁnestra.

• Collegare l’apparecchio a una presa con contatto di terra ed eseguire una proce-

dura di riscaldamento di ca. 2- 3 minuti, come descritto al capitolo “Utilizzo dell’ap-

parecchio”, senza cioccolato.

• Quindi scollegare dalla rete elettrica l’apparecchio e lasciar raffreddare a tempera-

tura ambiente.

• Pulire l’apparecchio come descritto nel paragrafo “Manutenzione, pulizia e cura”.

Assemblaggio:

1. Prima posizionare la base su una superﬁcie 1 in piano e asciutta nonché anti-

scivolo e resistente al calore. La superﬁcie dovrebbe essere facile da pulire.

2. A questo punto posizionare la spirale 4 con l’apertura verso il basso precisa-

mente sull’albero di azionamento della base disposto al centro 1.

3. Prendere quindi in mano la torre a cascata 5 e inserirla sulla spirale con i piedini

di appoggio orientati verso il basso 4, in modo che i tre perni nella vaschetta

della cioccolata 3 vengano inseriti nelle aperture previste allo scopo dei piedini

sulla torre a cascata 5.
