Grundteig 3
Zutaten: Menge:
Margarine (weich) 250 g
Zucker 250 g
Eier 6 (Größe M)
Vanillezucker 2 Päckchen
Mehl 500 g
Backpulver 1 Teelöffel
Milch 500 ml
Zubereitung:
Die weiche Margarine und Zucker
mit einem Handrührgerät schaumig
schlagen – die Eier und Vanillezucker
unterrühren. Mehl und Backpulver hin-
zu geben und verrühren, anschließend
die Milch unterrühren, sodass sich ein
dickflüssiger Teig ergibt.
Dieses Grundrezept kann auch ohne
Eier zubereitet werden! In diesem Fall
die halbe Menge Milch durch Wasser
ersetzen.
TIPPS:
- Dem Grundrezept ggf. eine Prise
Salz hinzufügen, das gibt mehr Ge-
schmack.
- Ein Schuss Mineralwasser lässt den
Teig locker werden.
- Die Eier trennen, das Eiweiß steif
schlagen und zum Schluss vorsichtig
unter die fertige Teigmasse ziehen –
so werden die Waffeln knuspriger.
Rezept für „Dicke Waeln“
(Brüsseler Art)
Zutaten: Menge:
flüssige Margarine 100 g
Eier 3
Vanillezucker 3 Päckchen
Mehl 250 g
Backpulver 1½ Teelöffel
Salz ½ Teelöffel
Milch 250 ml
Zubereitung:
Eier trennen, Eiweiße mit einer Prise
Salz steifschlagen. Mehl, Backpulver,
Salz, Vanillezucker und ein wenig Milch
verrühren. Mit den Eigelben und der
Restmilch zu einem lockeren Teig auf-
schlagen. Flüssige Margarine dazuge-
ben, Eischnee vorsichtig untermengen.
Sofort backen.
