Attention! Utilisez exclusivement des récipients de cuisson

adaptés aux plaques de cuisson à induction.

Quels sont les récipients de cuisson (casseroles, poêles, etc.) adaptés à cet

appareil?

• Casseroles et poêles en acier ou en fonte émaillée

• Récipients de cuisson en fer, en acier ou en fonte non émaillée

• Récipients de cuisson en inox et en aluminium, s’ils sont indiqués comme étant

compatibles avec les plaques à induction. (Consultez la description des récipients

de cuisson.)

Pour que l’appareil fonctionne correctement, toutes les casseroles et poêles doivent

présenter un fond plat et magnétique (un aimant doit y rester collé), d’un diamètre

minimum de 10-12cm. Le diamètre des casseroles et des poêles ne doit pas dépasser

26cm.

Récipients de cuisson non adaptés:

• Casseroles et poêles dont le fond présente un diamètre inférieur à 10-12cm.

• Récipients en céramique et en verre

• Récipients de cuisson en inox, aluminium, bronze et cuivre, sauf s’ils sont expres-

sément indiqués comme étant compatibles avec les plaques à induction

• Récipients de cuisson présentant un fond non plat (par ex. petits pieds ou entre-

toise)

• Récipients avec un fond bombé

Ne touchez jamais les surfaces chaudes à mains nues! Utilisez des

gants de cuisine calorifuges. L’appareil et les accessoires peuvent

être très chauds – Risque de brûlure!
