Tipps und Rezepte
Die Bräunung der Crêpes können Sie über die Temperatureinstellung oder über
die Backzeit bestimmen. Testen sie verschiedene Einstellungen und Backzeiten,
um das von Ihnen bevorzugte Ergebnis zu erhalten.
Sie können die Crêpes süß oder herzhaft genießen:
Süß: Die Crêpes beispielsweise mit Zucker, Marmelade,
Nuss-Nougat-Creme oder Sahne bestreichen.
Herzhaft: Crêpes zum Beispiel mit angedünsteten Pilzen und Zwiebeln,
Schinkenstreifen, geriebenem Käse und/oder Kräutern belegen.
Ist der Teig zu dünn oder zu fettig, empfehlen wir die Zugabe von etwas Mehl.
Bei zu dickem Teig empfehlen wir die Zugabe von etwas Mineralwasser oder
Milch.
Die nachfolgend aufgeführten Mengenangaben in den Rezeptvorschlägen sind als
Richtwerte anzusehen, Sie können die Mengen je nach Bedarf, verhältnismäßig und
nach Ihrem Geschmack anpassen.
Grundrezept für Crêpeteig (Menge für 7-8 Crêpes)
Zutaten: Menge:
Weizenmehl 250 g
Butter (zerlassen) 50 g
Milch 200 ml
Wasser 250 ml
Eier 2
Salz 1 Prise
Zubereitung:
Mehl, Salz, Eier und Milch verrühren. Nach und nach Wasser und zerlassene Butter
zufügen.
