Crêpe met ham en kaas (hoeveelheid voor ca. 4 crêpes)
Ingrediënten: Hoeveelheid:
Tarwebloem 100 g
Eieren 4
Boter (gesmolten) 30 g
Zout 1 snufje
Melk 6 el
Knoflook 1 teentje
Plantaardige olie 1 tl
Sojasaus 1 el
Sherry 1 tl
Ham (in blokjes) 4 plakjes
Kaas (in blokjes) 4 plakjes
Bereiding:
De bloem met melk, gesmolten boter, eieren en zout tot een vloeibaar deeg
omroeren.
Ongeveer een half uur laten staan en vervolgens nog eens goed omroeren.
Eventueel met 1-2 el mineraalwater wat verdunnen.
Knoflook in stukjes snijden en met de ham in wat olie en sojasaus kort aanbraden.
Vervolgens met wat sherry blussen en kort laten trekken.
Leg nu wat deeg op de bakplaat en verdeel het gelijkmatig met behulp van de
deegverdeler.
Wanneer de gewenste bruining is bereikt, keert u de crêpe om.
Bedek nu de gebruinde kant van de crêpe met het knoflook-hammengsel en de
kaas en bak het verder.
Vouw de crêpe nu met behulp van de crêpespatel in vieren en serveer hem.
