Crema di pomodoro
Ingredienti:
1 cipolla, piccola
1 spicchio d’aglio (pelato)
2 cucchiai di olio
2 cucchiai di polpa di pomodoro
750 gr. di pomodori pelati
400 ml di brodo di verdura
Sale, pepe, paprica in polvere dolce,
zucchero un pizzico
100 gr. di panna
100 gr. di crema di latte
1 cucchiaio di origano (secco)
6 foglioline di basilico
150 gr. di formaggio Feta (formaggio in
salamoia), a cubetti
½ mazzetto di erba cipollina, fresca
Preparazione:
Inserire la cipolla e lo spicchio d’aglio nella brocca di vetro e tritare con la funzione
stir. Con un cucchiaio di legno o di plastica rimuovere gli ingredienti dalle pareti e
spostarli verso il fondo del recipiente. Aggiungere la polpa di pomodoro e l’olio e
scottare per 2minuti con la funzione “High”.
Aggiungere i pomodori pelati, sale, pepe, zucchero, paprica in polvere e il brodo di
verdura. Lasciar bollire per 13 minuti con funzione “High” e occasionalmente mesco-
lare con la funzione stir. Al termine aggiungere la panna e la crema di latte e termi-
nare la cottura per 5 minuti con il calore residuo. Quindi frullare finemente al livello
1 - 4. Distribuire la crema nei piatti, aggiungere il formaggio Feta, cospargere con
l’origano e guarnire con una fogliolina di basilico.
