Ouverture de la porte du four d’Eclips Gourmet.
La porte du four d’Eclips Gourmet peut être ouverte en appuyant sur le coin inférieur
droit de la porte. Voir fi gure E.
Utilisation
Le four du modèle Eclips ne peut être utilisé que quand le poêle a brûlé au moins
pendant une heure. Sinon, la température dans le four sera trop basse. Nous vous
conseillons d’utiliser un thermomètre de four approprié. Pour obtenir la température
la plus élevée possible dans le four, il y a lieu de faire brûler le poêle à sa puissance
maximale en ouvrant le clapet by-pass. Pour ouvrir la porte du four, toujours utiliser la
moufl e fournie.
Utilisation four
La répartition de la chaleur dans le four ne peut être contrôlée. Il n’est donc pas possible
de gratiner ou de griller; la cuisson de pain est possible mais soumise à des limitations. Le
résultat dépend de la température du four, de la position de la préparation dans le four et
des dimensions de la préparation.
Entretien four / chauffe-plat.
En cas de salissures sérieuses, vous pouvez nettoyer la pierre stéatite au bas du four avec
de la laine d’acier ou du papier de verre (grain 120).
