The RDS (Radio Data System) is a radio
information system using the 57 kHz
subcarrier of regular FM broadcast. The RDS
allows you to receive a variety of information
such as traffic information, station names,
and to automatically re-tune to a stronger
transmitter that is broadcasting the same
programme.
El sistema de datos radiofónicos (RDS) es
un sistema de radioinformación que utiliza la
subportadora de 57 kHz de la emisión
normal de FM. El sistema RDS le permitirá
recibir gran variedad de datos, como
información sobre el tráfico y nombres de las
emisoras, y resintonizar automáticamente
una emisora de señal más intensa que esté
transmitiendo el mismo programa.

Press the "F" (Function) button. The lamp on the
button will turn off.
Appuyez sur la touche "F" (fonction). Le voyant
sur la touche s'éteint.
Presione el botón "F" (Función). La lámpara en el

Appuyez sur la touche AF pour activer le mode de
RDS.
Press the AF button to activate the RDS mode.

Press the g DN or UP f button to tune in the
desired RDS station.
Note: When the BAND button is pressed and held
for more than 2 seconds while a station
name is displayed, the display shows the
station frequency for 5 seconds.
When the RDS station signal received has
become weak:
Appuyez sur la touche g DN ou UP f pour
accorder la station RDS souhaitée.
Remarque: Si vous appuyez sur la touche BAND
pendant au moins 2 secondes quand
le nom d'une station est affiché, la
fréquence de cette station est
indiquée pendant 5 secondes.

Presione el botón g DN o UP f para
sintonizar la emisora de RDS deseada.
Nota: Si mantiene presionado el botón BAND
durante más de 2 segundos estando
visualizado el nombre de una emisora, el
visualizador mostrará la frecuencia de la
emisora durante 5 segundos.
Cuando la señal de la emisora de RDS se
debilite:
• AF seek mode, press and hold the AF button for
at least 2 seconds to have the unit automatically
seek a stronger station in the AF list.
If there is no AF station, the display shows "SEEK
END."
• En mode de recherche AF, appuyez sur la
touche AF pendant au moins 2 secondes pour
que l'appareil recherche automatiquement une
station plus puissante dans la liste AF.
S'il n'y a pas de station dans la liste AF, l'affichage
indique "SEEK END".
• En el modo de búsqueda de AF, mantenga
presionado el botón AF durante 2 segundos por
lo menos para hacer que la unidad busque
automáticamente una emisora de señal más
intensa de la lista de AF.
Si no hay emisora de AF, el visualizador mostrará
"SEEK END".
