Changing the calendar display

(Example: 31st January 2004)
YYYY/MM/DD: 2004/01/31
DD/MM/YYYY: 31/01/2004
Setting daylight saving time
GROUP: CLOCK (CLOCK ADJUST)
Setting item: SUMMER T (DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME)
Setting content:OFF/ON
ON: Place the Summer Time mode ON. The time advances
by one hour.
OFF: Return to the ordinary time.
Changing the picture output
Change this setting, if a monitor (sold separately) is connected.
When this setting is made in the picture source mode, press SOURCE/POWER to set the picture
source mode again after completing the setting. The setting contents are not changed if the source is
left as it is.
GROUP: V OUTPUT
Setting item: S-VIDEO/COMP.
S-VIDEO: Set if connecting to a monitor (sold separately by
Alpine) with a S picture input terminal. A high
resolution picture will be output.
COMP.: Set when connecting to separately sold monitors
that do not have a S video input terminal.
• Change these settings after selecting “STOP” or other source, if the selected source is played
back in DVD PLAYER mode.
• Connection of S video cable and RCA cable simultaneously is not allowed.
When connecting S video cable, change the setting to “S-VIDEO”.
When connecting RCA cable, change to “COMP.”.
