Recept
In plaats van ossehaas vlees kunt u lendebiefstuk gebruiken. Teppan Yaki wordt gebruikelijk
op een rooster gebakken. Het rooster staat op of dichtbij de tafel, het gerecht wordt
gezamelijk gegeten. Ideaal voor de bereiding is een electrische draagbare grill. Het rooster
mag ook op een kachel of op een barbecue geplaatst worden.
Menigte Ingrediënten
4 (200g) Rauwe garnalen
2 stuks knoflookteentjes, geperst
60ml Japaanse ketjap
1 (klein) Chilli, met zaden, fijn gesneden
350g Kipfilet, met huid, gesneden in 5cm stukjes
500g Lendebiefstuk
4 stuks Verse shiitake paddestoelen
1 stuk (150g) Gele uien, fijn gesneden
50g Erwten, gesneden
1 (gemiddeld) Rode paprika, met zaden, grof gesneden
4 stuks Groene uien, fijn gesneden
Dipsaus
125ml Japaanse ketjap
1 eetlepel saké (rijstwijn)
1-eetlepel bruine suiker
1-eetlepel vers gerasperd gember
½ teelepel sesamolie
Voorbereiding: 45 minuten
