Inleiding
Met behulp van deze Alecto HOMEplug AV kan snel en eenvoudig
een uitgebreid netwerk worden gecreëerd via het lichtnet. De
Alecto HOMEplug AV is eenvoudig te installeren en is compatibel
met de besturingssystemen: Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows
2000, Windows XP, Linux, Mac OS X , UNIX en alle voor netwerk
geschikte besturingssystemen. Let erop, dat uw computer of het
betreffende apparaat moet beschikken over een netwerkkaart of een
netwerkadapter met Ethernet-poort.
Het netwerk dat met behulp van de Alecto HOMEplug AV wordt
aangelegd is te vergelijken met een netwerk via een HUB. De Alecto
HOMEplug AV heeft een maximale transmissiesnelheid van 200Mbps.
Deze snelheid is uitermate geschikt voor breedband internet en media
streaming. Met behulp van een UTP kabel kan de Alecto HOMEplug
AV worden aangesloten op een router, PC, laptop of als verbinding
tussen twee PC’s. De Alecto HOMEplug AV heeft, afhankelijk van de
omstandigheden, een bereik van 200 meter via het lichtnet.
Voor een juiste werking van de Alecto HOMEplug AV raden wij
