No function:
- the batteries are empty, please charge or replace
Weak or no reception:
- the batteries are empty, please charge or replace
- incorrect setting of channel or sub-channel (the transmitter and
receiver must be set to the same channel, this also applies to
sub-channels)
- the distance between the transmitter and receiver is too large,
please reduce the distance
Noise:
- presence of other transmitter(s), please change the channel
- interference from other devices, turn these devices off (if possible)
High whistle:
- the transmitter is too close to the receiver of the volume of the
receiver is set too high, please increase the distance or decrease
the volume
If you cannot resolve the issue with the above suggestions, please
remove the batteries from the handset and reinstall after several
minutes. If this still doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact Alecto
