INTRODUCTION

Le BDM-100 de Alecto est un tensiomètre conçu pour

prendre la tension artérielle de manière simple et préci-

se au niveau du poignet. Pour obtenir des mesures fia-

bles, les tensiomètres doivent être correctement posi-

tionnés au niveau du cœur.

Notre tension artérielle change constamment tout au

long de la journée. Elle monte nettement tôt le matin et

diminue en fin de matinée. Elle s'élève à nouveau dans

l'après-midi pour descendre à un niveau bas pendant la

nuit. C'est pour cette raison que les mesures peuvent

varier si elles sont prises à différents moments de la

journée.

Des prises de tension artérielle régulières effectuées

chez vous peuvent apporter des informations précieu-

ses à votre médecin concernant vos réelles valeurs

«habituelles».

Tension artérielle valeurs hypertension hypertension

(mm Hg) normales légère à sévère

modérée

valeur supérieure jusqu’à 140 140-180 plus de 180

valeur inférieure jusqu’à 90 90-110 plus de 110
