Problem Solution
No picture and/or no sound.
Check the power supply.
Make sure the switch is in ON position.
You have a picture but no sound.
Make sure the volume is not set too low (minimum 0) in
Mute mode.
The remote control no longer/does not work.
Make sure the power supply is plugged in correctly.
Check the batteries in the remote control.
Make sure the TV is not directly in the sun.
Make sure there is nothing interfering between the remote
control and the TV.
No TV signal.
Make sure the video source is correct.
Make sure the coax cable is plugged in correctly.
Make sure the TV is plugged in correctly.
No external video signal
Make sure the TV is plugged in correctly.
Make sure the antenna is correctly connected and positi-
oned, and in good condition.
The picture lacks colour or is too dark.
The message "short-circuit antenna" is displayed.
Check the picture settings in the main menu.
Check the supply voltage of the AIO Satmatic-HD; the volta-
ge must be higher than 10V.
Check the coaxial cable status of your antenna (between the
head LNB and AIO Satmatic-HD).
The antenna is oriented to the satellite but there is no
picture
Change the channel using the remote control. Press the
green key on the remote control and select the satellite
from the proposed list.

  • Dear,i cant open seetings on Alden smart tv 24".When put ok butten on settings nothing happend,always mast go to dissmis to change screen.How can i repair this problem.
