8.1 APPELER UN COMBINÉ INTERNE / RÉPONDRE À UN APPEL INTERNE

Appeler un combiné interne

 Appuyer sur la touche .

Sur une version duo : le combiné appelle automatiquement le 2

ème

combiné.

Sur une version trio : saisir le numéro du combiné interne à appeler.

Appeler tous les combinés internes

 Appuyer sur la touche puis sur la touche .

Répondre à un appel interne

Lorsque vous recevez un appel interne, l’écran affiche le numéro du combiné qui appelle et COMBINE.

 Appuyer sur la touche pour répondre.

 Pour raccrocher en fin de communication, appuyer sur .

8.2 TRANSFÉRER UN APPEL EXTERNE VERS UN AUTRE COMBINÉ /

VA-ET-VIENT ENTRE DEUX INTERLOCUTEURS

Transférer un appel vers un autre combiné

 Appuyer sur .

 Entrer le numéro du combiné que vous souhaitez appeler (sur la version trio uniquement, sur la version duo

l’autre combiné est automatiquement appelé). Le correspondant externe est mis en attente.

 Lorsque le correspondant interne répond, appuyer sur la touche pour transférer l’appel.

 Si le correspondant interne ne répond pas, appuyer sur pour reprendre le correspondant externe.
