6.3.2 Désactiver le transfert d'appel

 Entrer dans "Menu".

 Sélectionner "Menu Services" et valider avec "OK".

 Sélectionner "Dés. Transfert appel" puis valider avec "OK".

Votre téléphone VERSATIS 1720 désactive automatiquement le transfert d'appel.

 Attendre la confirmation vocale de la désactivation du transfert d'appel.

 Raccrocher quand cela vous est demandé par le guide vocal.

Il se peut que le service de transfert n'ait pas été activé correctement.

C'est le cas lorsque :

- vous n'êtes pas abonné au service transfert d'appel,

- le numéro vers lequel vous souhaitez transférer votre appel est erroné ou non reconnu par le

serveur vocal,

- le guide vocal vous signale que la demande est incorrecte ou mal exécutée. Le transfert d'appel

n'a pas été enregistré.

6.4 RÉPERTOIRE DE SERVICES

Comment accéder à ces services pré-programmés

 Entrer dans "Menu" puis sélectionner "Menu Services" et valider avec "OK".

Vous pouvez alors naviguer dans la liste des services à l'aide du navigateur.

 Sélectionner le service désiré et valider avec "OK".

Votre téléphone VERSATIS 1720 appelle automatiquement l'opérateur de service.
