In de onderstaande gevallen is de garantie echter niet van toepassing:

8. VEILIGHEID

! Gebruik het telefoontoestel niet in de nabijheid van een gaslek

om dat gaslek te melden.

Bij onweer is het raadzaam om geen enkele telefoon te gebruiken.

Hierbij verklaart THOMSON TELECOM dat de Temporis 10 telefoon voldoet

aan de essentiële eisen en de andere relevante bepalingen van Richtlijn

1999/5/EG.
