5.1.3 Manage messages
When receiving a message, an icon will appear on the status bar
as a notification. Drag down the status bar to open the Notification
panel, touch the new message to open and read it. You can also access
the Messaging application and touch the message to open it.
Messages are displayed in conversational order.
To reply to a message, touch the current message to enter the
message-composing screen, enter the text, then touch .
• Touch to call the number;
• Touch to save the number to contacts or view the contact
detail if the number has been saved;
• To reply to a message, enter the text, or touch to insert quick
text, contact etc., after edit then touch .
• Long press a message to show the following options: Copy,
Forward, Delete, Lock, View details, Select text, and Save
message to SIM card.
5.1.4 Adjust message settings
You can adjust a range of message settings. From the Messaging
application screen, touch and touch Settings.
SMS enabled Touch to change your default SMS app.
Text Message (SMS)

Select to request a delivery report for each
text message you send.

Touch to manage text messages stored on
your SIM card.

which the network provider will continue to
try to send the message.

compact, or Precise mode for the
alphabet management.
Multimedia message (MMS)

messaging
Mark the checkbox to send a single message
to multiple recipients.
