Filterungssystem CHEF/SEKRETÄRIN
Das Filterungssystem Chef/Sekretärin ist eine spezielle Konfiguration mit mindestens zwei
Multiline-Apparaten, die bestimmte Dienste anbieten.
Die Konfiguration Chef/SekretärIn kann mehrere Chef- und mehrere Sekretärinnen-
Apparate umfassen.
(*) Anzeige des Status des Sekretärinnen-Apparats.
Es gibt folgende Überwachungs-Icons:
Kein Icon : Sekretärin ist verfügbar
¨ : Sekretärin ist abwesend
n : Sekretärin befindet sich in einem Gespräch
Das Filtern ermöglicht es, die an den Chef-Apparat gerichteten Anrufe auf einen
Sekretärinnen-Apparat umzuleiten.
Das Filterungssystem umfasst eine vom Verwalter der Anlage definierte Filterungsliste.
Diese Liste kann entweder prioritäre oder zu filternde Nummern enthalten.
Wenn Sie über eine Filterungsliste mit zu filternden Nummern verfügen, werden nur die
Anrufe von in dieser Liste angegebenen Gesprächspartnern zur Sekretärin umgeleitet.
Wenn Sie über eine Filterungsliste mit prioritären Nummern verfügen, können Sie nur
die in dieser Liste angegebenen Gesprächspartner direkt anrufen.

ren. Die Aktivierung der Liste der prioritären Nummern annulliert das Filtern über
