4.3.6 Make a second call

Select the menu: New call.

The first call is put on hold.
Use one of the following:
Enter the number.
Access to the personal or company directory.
Use one of the following:
Press the 'take the call' key.
Press the OK key to start the call.
Call
Press the call softkey to start the call.
During the ongoing emergency call, the following softkey is disabled: More.
To cancel your second call and recover the first:
Hang up.
Your telephone rings.
Recover the call on hold.
4.3.7 Receiving a second call
You are in conversation and a caller is trying to contact you: a beep is sent and the caller's name is
displayed for 3 seconds.
Use one of the following:
Press the accept call key.
Accept
Select the softkey: Accept.
Press the OK key.
The first call is put on hold.
4.3.8 Switching between two calls (Broker call)
During a call, to recover the caller on hold:
Select the call on hold icon from the conversation screen: .
Retr
Retrieve the caller on hold.
You can establish the identity of the waiting call without taking it by using the navigate-left-right key.
4.3.9 End the call with one of two contacts
More
Open more options.
Select the call to end by using the left-right navigation keys.
End
End the selected call.
Retr
Retrieve the caller on hold.
