Possible reasons for this may be that there is no Micro SIM inserted in the device,
it is inserted incorrectly, or the Micro SIM is disabled. Try removing your Micro
SIM and reinserting it. Make sure not to touch the contact points when doing
so.
This means the Micro SIM is locked.
Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?") and enter
your PIN code or PUK code. To obtain the PUK code, contact your network
operator.
Note: If the incorrect PIN is entered 3 times you will be required to enter the
PUK code. If the incorrect PUK code is entered 10 times the Micro SIM will be
permanently blocked.
1) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
2) Go to > Mobile Data > .
3) Select 4G only.

2) Go to Home > Mobile Data.
3) Click Disconnect.

3) Enable PIN operation.
4) Enter new PIN code.
