WAP (het Wireless Application Protocol) is een dienst
waarmee u mobiel kunt internetten. Met WAP kunt u
informatie opvragen, bijvoorbeeld over het weer, de
beurs en het verkeer.
Vanuit het welkomstscherm kunt u naar de WAP-
diensten gaan door in het algemene menu
“WAP/GPRS” te selecteren of door lang in te
drukken.
Het volgende verschijnt op
het scherm:
WAP/GPRS
Startpagina
Favorieten
WAP-profielen
Voer adres in
Titel

Met de optie “Startpagina” start u de WAP-browser
als deze al is geconfigureerd.
Met de optie “Favorieten” gaat u naar uw lijst met
favoriete sites.
Met de optie “WAP-profielen” kunt u de
verbindings-instellingen van uw WAP-providers
invoeren. Meestal zijn de verbindingsinstellingen
echter al ingevoerd.
Met “Voer adres in” gaat u rechtstreeks naar de
WAP-pagina waarvan u het URL-adres invoert.
Met de optie “Titel” kunt u de titels in- of
uitschakelen die u in de WAP-pagina’s hebt
opgeslagen.
