- Controleer of het telefoonboek niet
vol is.Wis eventueel een aantal
geheugenkaarten
- Controleer of het Voice Mailnummer
van uw provider goed is ingevoerd bij
“Nummers”
- Informeer bij uw provider naar het
juiste nummer van de SMS-dienst
- De geadresseerde heeft mogelijk geen
toestel dat geschikt is voor de
ontvangst van uw berichten (EMS-norm
voor het versturen van iconen,
melodieën)
- Controleer of het SMS-geheugen niet
vol is
- U hebt te veel SMS-berichten
opgeslagen in het geheugen van uw
SIM-kaart Wis een aantal berichten!
- Neem contact op met uw provider
voor een PUK-deblokkeercode
- Ga naar “Menu/Informatie” en
bekijk alle informatie
- Wis voicememo's of oude informatie
via “Menu/Mijn Voork./Download”

Voordat u contact opneemt met de serviceafdeling, kunt u zelf de
volgende controles uitvoeren:
Ik kan mijn toestel niet
aanzetten
Het symbool <<<->>>
verschijnt: mijn telefoon
krijgt geen verbinding met
een netwerk
SIM-fout
Bellen en gebeld worden is
niet mogelijk
- Druk ten minste twee seconden op
de toets
- Controleer of de accu voldoende is
opgeladen
- Probeer of u op een andere plaats wel
verbinding krijgt met het netwerk
(bijvoorbeeld in de buurt van een raam)
- Informeer bij uw provider of er een
probleem met de dekking is
- Informeer bij uw provider of uw SIM-
kaart nog geldig is
- Controleer of de SIM-kaart goed in
het toestel is geplaatst
- Informeer bij uw provider of uw SIM-
kaart een 3-volts kaart is. Oudere 5-
volts SIM-kaarten kunnen niet meer
worden gebruikt
- Controleer of er verbinding met het
netwerk is
- Informeer bij uw provider of er geen
probleem is met uw abonnement
(krediet, geldigheid van de SIM-kaart)
