Als de interne gebruiker de oproep niet heeft beantwoord voordat de timeout voor routering is
opgetreden, wordt het volgende weergegeven op het scherm:
Opmerking:
Als er geen andere oproep wordt aangeboden op het operatortoestel, kunt u met de toets Volgnd ook de
oproep in de wachtstand terugnemen. Als u daarentegen wel een extra oproep hebt ontvangen en deze
prioriteit heeft ten opzichte van de oproep in de wachtrij, kunt u met de toets CampOn de oproep in de
wachtrij en met de toets Volgnd de extra oproep aannemen.
2.10.3 Doorverbinden met aankondiging
Als u op de toets Oproep drukt, kunt u de contactpersoon die u wilt doorverbinden in de wacht
plaatsen en het interne toestel bellen.
Het volgende wordt weergegeven op het scherm:
De oproep blijft bij u terwijl u wacht totdat het interne toestel antwoordt.
Als de gebruiker opneemt, kondigt u het gesprek aan.
Als u op de toets Transf drukt, beëindigt u het gesprek en keert het toestel terug naar de
basisstand. De interne gebruiker kan nu met de contactpersoon spreken.
Als u op de toets Einde drukt, geeft u het gesprek vrij en keert het toestel terug naar de
basisstand.
