Legato
Quando la funzione legato è attiva, suonando una nota quando un’altra nota è tenuta non si riattiverà la
definizione per la nuova nota, ottenendo uno scorrimento uniforme dalla nota originale a quella nuova.
Quando il legato è spento, la riproduzione di una nota attiverà sempre la definizione, aggiungendone
ulteriormente a ciascuna nota.
Per accendere o spegnere la funzione legato per ciascuna voce:
1. Tenere premuto Shift, e premere l’interruttore Step 8 (Legato). Tenere sempre premuto Shift.
2. A display comparirà il numero della voce corrente (1–4) e un indicatore a due lettere che
specifica se il legato è spento (Of) o acceso (On).
Per selezionare una voce, premere l’interruttore Step 8 (Legato) per passare alla voce
successiva (1–4).
Per attivare/disattivare la funzione legato, girare la manopola Tempo per spegnerla (Of) o
accenderla (On).
Per tornare al funzionamento normale, lasciare la pressione del tasto Shift.
Canale MIDI
Ciascuna delle quattro voci risponde a messaggi su un canale MIDI dalla tastiera del Timbre Wolf o
da un dispositivo MIDI esterno. L’impostazione del canale MIDI determina il canale per la Voce 1. Le
Voci 2–4 impiegheranno i tre canali MIDI più alti in ordine sequenziale.
Esempio: se il canale MIDI è impostato su 3, la Voce 1 risponderà a messaggi sul canale 3. Le
voci 2, 3 e 4 risponderanno ai messaggi sui canali 4, 5 e 6 (rispettivamente).
Quando il Selettore modalità voce è impostato su Mono, ciascuna voce risponderà in maniera
indipendente ai messaggi MIDI sul rispettivo canale MIDI. La tastiera invierà sempre i suoi messaggi
sul canale della voce selezionata attualmente.
Quando il Selettore modalità voce è impostato su Poly o Unison, tutte e quattro le voci
risponderanno a messaggi MIDI in ingresso sul solo canale MIDI voce 1 (con una riproduzione
polifonica o all’unisono, rispettivamente). La tastiera invierà sempre i suoi messaggi sul canale della
voce 1.
Importante: poiché tutte e quattro le voci impiegano canali MIDI adiacenti, come descritto in
precedenza, gli intervalli dei canali disponibili differiscono per ciascuna voce:
• La Voce 1 può usare i canali 1–13
• La Voce 2 può usare i canali 2-14
• La Voce 3 può usare i canali 3-15
• La Voce 4 può usare i canali 4-16
Nota bene: quando il sequenziatore del Timbre Wolf viene riprodotto, invia i suoi messaggi MIDI
note per tutte e quattro le tracce (ciascuna sul canale corrispondente) tramite la sua porta USB e
l’Uscita MIDI, indipendentemente dalla modalità voce o da qualsiasi prestazione a livello della
tastiera del Timbre Wolf. Si può utilizzare questa funzione per sequenziare dispositivi esterni (drum
machine, altri sintetizzatori, ecc.) insieme al Timbre Wolf.
Per impostare il canale MIDI:
1. Tenere premuto Shift, e premere l’interruttore Step 10 (MIDI Ch). Tenere sempre premuto Shift.
2. Per impostare il canale procedere in uno dei seguenti modi:
Premere l’interruttore Step 10 (MIDI Ch) to per passare al canale successivo, illustrato a display.
Girare la manopola Tempo per selezionare il canale, che comparirà a display.
