Setting the clock

Hold down SHIFT and press CLOCK on the remote
control.
When the unit is turned off, you can also press a or
enter/color.

Push the dial left (f) or right (g) (press
f or g on the remote control) to set the
time.
Each push (press) changes the time in 1-minute steps.
Keeping the dial pushed left (f) or right (g)
(holding f or g down on the remote control) will
vary the time in 10-minute units.
If there is no operation for 4 seconds, setting is canceled.

Press a or enter/color.
The time display stops flashing and the clock starts from
00 seconds.
To display the time while the power is on
Hold down SHIFT and press CLOCK on the remote control.
The time will be displayed for 4 seconds.
To switch to the 24-hour standard
Display the time and push the dial down (s) (press s on
the remote control) within 4 seconds.
With each push (press), the clock alternates between 12- and
24-hour standard time.
Tip:
In the 12-hour standard, "AM 12:00" indicates midnight
and "PM 12:00" noon.
If the clock display flashes when the unit is turned
off
There has been a power interruption. Reset the clock.
Graphic equalizer
Selects a sound equalization curve to match the music type.

Press sound/timer repeatedly until one of the
three equalization curves or "OFF" appears.

Within 7 seconds, push the dial left (f) or
right (g) to select an equalization curve.
- ROCK: Powerful sound emphasizing treble and bass
- POP: More presence in the vocals and midrange
- JAZZ: Accented lower frequencies for jazz-type music
Alternatively, press EQ repeatedly on the remote control.
To cancel equalization
Repeat the above until "OFF" appears.
T-BASS
Emphasizes low frequencies for a powerful sound.

Press sound/timer repeatedly until "T-BASS" is
displayed.

Within 7 seconds, push the dial left (f) or
right (g) (press f or g on the remote
control) to select an emphasis level (1, 2, 3, or
"OFF").
The "T-BASS" indicator will also light up when T-BASS
is on.
If the sound becomes distorted with the T-BASS effect, cancel
the effect.
SOUND ADJUSTMENTS

f or g on the remote control) to select a
source, then press enter/color (COLOR on the
remote control).

Push the dial left (f) or right (g) (press
f or g on the remote control) to select
the color, then press enter/color (COLOR on the
remote control).

Repeat steps 4 and 5 to determine the colors for
other sources.

Changing the color mode

control) until "F-CL" is displayed.

CL ON" or "F-CL OFF".
- F-CL ON: function color mode
- F-CL OFF: select color mode
If there is no operation for 4 seconds, setting is canceled.

Turning the speaker lights on and off

Press sound/timer repeatedly until "LIGHT ON"
or "LIGHT oFF" is displayed.

Within 7 seconds, push the dial left (f) or
right (g) (press f or g on the remote
control) to turn the speaker lights on or off.
