3. Füllen Sie die Lücken zwischen Leitungen und den
Öffnungskanten mit kondensisolierendem Material.
4. Verwenden Sie ein Material, das einer ständigen
Betriebstemperatur von 60 °C standhält. Für die
Leitungen können flexible Schläuche mit Federkern oder
Aluminiumriffelschläuche mit Isolierung (12 bis 25 mm
Glasfaser) verwendet werden.
5. Nach der Installation müssen alle Oberflächen von
nichtisolierten Leitungen mit einer Kondensisolierung
(expandiertes Polystyrol oder Neopren von 6 mm Stärke)
versehen werden. Brandschutzklasse: M1
6. Wenn eine Luftverteilung in einen angrenzenden Raum
erfolgen soll, müssen eine oder zwei der entsprechenden
Leitungsklappen geschlossen sein.
7. In die Trennwand zwischen dem klimatisierten Raum
(in dem die Kassette installiert ist) und dem
angrenzenden Raum muss ein Dekompressionsgitter
eingebaut werden.
WENN DIESE ANWEISUNGEN NICHT BEFOLGT
WERDEN, SAMMELT SICH KONDENSWASSER IM
GERÄT.

1. Um die einwandfreie Evakuierung der Kondensate zu
gewährleisten muss das Gefälle 1 cm pro Meter betragen
und es dürfen keine verstopften oder ansteigenden
Abschnitte vorhanden sein.
2. Die Absaughöhe ist auf maximal 0,6 m begrenzt (siehe
Abbildung oben).
3. Für Höhen über 0,6 m muss eine zusätzliche
Kondensatpumpe mit einem Niveauregler installiert
werden.
4. Außerdem muss ein Siphon von mindestens 50 mm
Höhe eingebaut werden, um Geruchsbildung zu
vermeiden.
5. Das Kondensatabsaugrohr muss mit
wärmeisolierendem Material wie Polyurethan, Propylen
oder Neopren (Brandschutzklasse: M1) in einer Stärke
von 5 bis 10 mm versehen werden, um Kondensation zu
vermeiden.
6. Wenn in einem Raum mehrere Kassetten installiert
werden, kann das Evakuierungssystem wie unten
beschrieben ausgelegt werden.
