GRUND DES PROBLEMS
1. Absaugfilter ist verstopft.
2. Scheiben gelockert, Welle verschlissen oder hat zu viel Spiel.
3. Der Luftbehälter muß entleert werden.
4. Die Belűftung ist nicht ausreichend.
5. Luftverlust in den Leitungen (an der Maschine oder an der Anlage).
6. Verluste durch das Rűckschlagventil.
7. Der Kompressor wird fűr einen sehr leichten Dienst verwendet oder ist an
einem zu feuchten Ort aufgestellt.
8. Die Netzspannung kontrollieren, und ob der Kontakt der Endverschlűsse
des Motors zufriedenstellend ist, ob die Verbindungen des Anlassers
eingehalten sind, ob die Sicherungen und der Motorschutz richtig sind.
9. Unzureichende Leistung (Probleme der elektrischen Leitung).
10. Kohlenstoffhaltige Rűckstände auf der Krone des Kolbens.
11. Lamelle Ventile gelockert, karbonisiert, kaputt oder mit Verlusten oder mit
verstopften Luftdurchgängen.
12. Bolzen des Kolbens oder Lager der Kurbelstange verschlissen oder
gefurcht.
13. Defektes Lager an der Kröpfungswelle oder an der Motorwelle. Flűgelrad
des Motors gelockert.
14. Schellen des Kolbens sind nicht in Position, verschlissen oder im Hals des
Kolbens blockiert.
15. Zylinder oder elastische Schellen zerkratzt, verschlissen oder im Hals des
Kolbens blockiert.
16. Falsche Drehrichtung.
17. Umgebung stark verstaubt. Es ist ein Luftfilter fűr den starken Betrieb
notwendig.
18. Treibriemen zu stark gespannt.
19. Treibriemen zu locker.
20. Den Kondensator des Motors kontrollieren (nur einphasige Einheit).
21. Überprűfen ob der Druck im Inneren des Luftbehälters oberhalb des
Aktivationsdrucks des Druckwächters liegt. (Der Motor startet nur, wenn der
Innendruck unterhalb des Aktivationsdruck abfällt).
22. Das gute Funktionieren des Druckwächters und des Hilfsventils űberprűfen.
23. Die Vorrichtung der thermischen Überbelastung wird ausgelöst.
NACH GEBRAUCH DEN KOMPRESSOR AUSSCHALTEN AN DEM
01-SCHALTER UND DANACH DER STECKER AUS DIE STROMZUFUHR
ENTFERNEN.
