 Probeer niet de ingestelde druk van het veiligheidsventiel te wijzigen.

 Gebruik de compressor nooit buiten als het regent.

 Gebruik geen benzine of andere licht ontvlambare stoffen om onderdelen

van de compressor schoon te maken.

 Controleer of het voltage en het ampèrage van uw elektrische installatie

overeenkomen met die van de motor en of de installatie voldoende gezekerd

is.

 Houdt u aan de plaatselijke veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens het installeren,

het werken met de compressor en onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

 Gebruik de compressor niet in een omgeving met explosiegevaar.

 De compressor is niet geschikt als werkstation.

 Voer het condensaat af volgens de plaatselijke voorschriften.

 De gebruiker dient zich te houden aan de geldende voorschriften betreffende

het werken met persluchtapparaten.

 Het is niet toegestaan om de tank te doorboren of de tank voor andere

doeleinden te gebruiken dan waarvoor hij bestemd is.

 Als de machine niet geluidgedempt is, is het raadzaam om het apparaat niet

op de werkplek op te stellen.

 Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor schade ontstaan door onachtzaamheid of

het niet naleven van de instructies in de handleiding.

4. VOOR INGEBRUIKNAME

1) De compressor dient te worden opgesteld in een droge, goed geventileerde

ruimte waar de temperatuur beslist niet onder het vriespunt komt.

2) Controleer of het voltage en het ampèrage van uw elektrische installatie

overeenkomen met die van de motor. Ook de diameter van de gebruikte

kabels is hierbij van belang. Zorg ervoor dat de stekker is aangesloten op een

geaard stopcontact.

3) Sluit de luchtslang aan op de luchtuitgang en zorg ervoor dat er geen lekkage

optreedt. Stel de gewenste druk in met het reduceerventiel en lees de druk af

op de manometer.

De machine is nu klaar voor gebruik.

5. ONDERHOUD

1) Het condensaat elke 20 dagen aftappen via aftapkraan.

2) Het luchtfilter elke 60 dagen schoonmaken (indien nodig).

3) Indien de drukschakelaar lekt: laat alle lucht uit de tank ontsnappen door

aftapkraan, terugslagventiel losschroeven, rubberen schijf schoonmaken

(als de schijf hard is geworden, vervangen).

4) Als de compressor stopt: trek de stekker uit het stopcontact, controleer de

stroomtoevoer, de drukschakelaar en de thermische beveiliging. Eventueel

een vakman de motor en de compressor laten nakijken.
