7.0 WERKING (zie functieschema)
De drukschakelaar bedient de compressor. In de fabriek is de drukschakelaar af-
geregeld op een bepaalde in- en uitschakeldruk. Bij het bereiken van de
uitschakeldruk stuurt de drukschakelaar de compressormotor als volgt:
Typen met motorbeveiligingsschakelaar: de compressor schakelt uit en
ontlast de persleiding van pomp naar tank. Als door persluchtgebruik de druk
nu daalt tot onder het inschakelniveau, start de motor direct en levert de pomp
meteen perslucht.
Typen met ster-driehoeksschakelaar: de compressor schakelt uit. De
persleiding van pomp naar tank wordt ontlast via de magneetklep (14). Als de
druk daalt tot onder het inschakelniveau, schakelt de drukschakelaar de ster-
driehoeksschakelaar in en gebeurt het volgende: het magneetventiel (14) is
geopend en perslucht wordt hier afgeblazen. Een tijdrelais Iaat de compressor
enkele seconden in sterschakeling onbelast aanlopen. Dan schakelt de
compressor over naar driehoek en wordt de magneetklep bekrachtigd en sluit
dan. De pomp draait nu belast en bouwt druk op in de ketel totdat de
uitschakeldruk is bereikt.
Voor alle Airpress compressoren model K geldt:
Het uitgestraalde geluidsvermogen bedraagt: Lw(A) = 99 dB(A) (re 1 pW).
Het geluidsniveau op de werkplek bedraagt: Lp(A) = 87 dB(A) (re 20 μPa).
Gemeten volgens ontwerp NEN-EN 12076.
