As seguintes sugestões de resolução de problemas poderão ajudá-lo quando

ocorrerem diculdades na utilização do dispositivo.

Certique-se de que todos os conectores se encontram correctamente

ligados.

Certique-se de que a porta USB é uma porta USB 2.0.

Tente uma porta USB 2.0 diferente ou outro computador.

Verique se o indicador LED de energia está LIGADO.

Tente ligar directamente à porta USB do Portátil em vez de ligar a um

concentrador.

Desligue todos os outros dispositivos USB do sistema.

Reinicie o seu computador após a instalação do controlador.

Desligue o dispositivo e volte a ligá-lo.

Para obter um melhor desempenho ao visualizar um DVD no monitor

Ao seleccionar o modo Principal poderá desactivar o monitor principal do

sistema em alguns sistemas de computador baseados em placas grácas Intel.

Se ocorreram problemas durante o processo de arranque, inicie o

computador em Modo de Segurança e desinstale o controlador. Mantenha

premida a tecla CTRL até aparecer o menu Iniciar do Windows e seleccione

Modo de Segurança.

Antes de denir o botão de modo para um modo diferente, desligue o mini

USB e ligue-o novamente.
