Tipps zur Problemlösung
Die folgenden Tipps zur Problemlösung können Ihnen beim Auftreten von
Fehlern und Problemen im Umgang mit dem Gerät weiterhelfen.
Prüfen Sie, ob alle Stecker korrekt angeschlossen sind.
Vergewissern Sie sich davon, dass es sich bei dem USB-Anschluss um USB
2.0 handelt.
Versuchen Sie es mit einem anderen USB 2.0-Anschluss oder einem anderen
Computer.
Prüfen Sie, ob die Betriebs-LED EIN geschaltet ist.
Versuchen Sie, den USB-Anschluss des Notebooks direkt, statt über den
Hub, anzuschließen.
Trennen Sie alle anderen USB-Geräte vom System.
Denken Sie daran, den Computer nach der Treiberinstallation neu zu starten.
Trennen Sie das Gerät, schließen Sie es erneut an.
Optimieren Sie die Leistung beim Betrachten von DVDs auf dem
Sekundäranzeigegerät, indem Sie die folgende lizenzfreie Software verwenden.

Durch Auswahl des Primär-Modus wird möglicherweise der Hauptsystembild-
schirm auf einigen Intel-Grakkartenbasierten Computersystemen deaktiviert.
Falls während des Hochfahrens Probleme auftreten, starten Sie Ihren Com-
puter im gesicherten Modus und deinstallieren den Treiber. Halten sie die
STRG-Taste gedrückt, bis das Windows-Startmenü erscheint; wählen Sie den
gesicherten Modus.
Bitte ziehen Sie den Mini-USB-Stecker, bevor Sie den Modusschalter auf
einen anderen Modus einstellen; schließen Sie den Stecker dann wieder an.
