Draai het mengsel in de ijsmachine tot ijs. Pureer de helft van
de andere mango en snij de rest in plakken. Plaats het na de
bereiding in de ijsmachine ongeveer een half uur in de vriezer.
Garneer het ijs met een schep mangopuree, mangoplakken en
een blaadje basilicum.
Yoghurtijs met bosvruchten
Ingrediënten:
150 ml magere yoghurt
100 ml room
50 gr kristalsuiker
50 ml bosvruchtensaus
Sap van een halve citroen
Bereiding:
Alle ingrediënten goed door elkaar mengen en in de ijsmachine
in circa 35 minuten laten draaien tot goede
roomijsconsistentie. Plaats het na de bereiding in de
ijsmachine ongeveer een half uur in de vriezer.
Basisrecept yoghurtijs
Ingrediënten:
350 gr volle (Turkse) yoghurt
50 gr volle melk
90 gr fijne kristalsuiker
15 gr druivensuiker
15 gr magere melkpoeder
Bereiding:
Los de suiker, druivensuiker en magere melkpoeder op in een
pannetje waarin de melk wordt verwarmd. Laat het geheel
vervolgens afkoelen.
Roer de yoghurt er goed doorheen. Giet het geheel in de
ijsmachine en draai het in circa 35 minuten tot ijs. (Eventueel
voor milder resultaat voor het vriezen 100 gr lobbig geklopte
room toevoegen). Plaats het na de bereiding in de ijsmachine
ongeveer een half uur in de vriezer.
