Basisrezept Joghurteis
Zutaten:
350 gr (türkischen) Volljoghurt
50 gr Vollmilch
90 gr feinen Kristallzucker
15 gr Traubenzucker
15 gr Magermilchpulver
Zubereitung:
Erwärmen Sie die Milch in einem kleinen Topf und lösen Sie
darin den Zucker, den Traubenzucker und das
Magermilchpulver auf. Lassen Sie das Ganze anschließend
abkühlen.
Rühren Sie den Joghurt gut in die Masse ein. Gießen Sie das
Ganze in die Eismaschine und verarbeiten Sie die Masse in
circa 35 Minuten zu Eis. (Eventuell für ein milderes Resultat vor
dem Einfrieren 100 gr sämig geschlagene Sahne hinzufügen).
Stellen Sie das Eis nach der Zubereitung in der Eismaschine
ungefähr eine halbe Stunde in den Gefrierschrank.
