1. INTRODUCTION

Nous vous remercions d’avoir acheté Fauteuil de Transfert en

Aluminium Léger Aidapt. Si vous l’utilisez de manière appropriée, il

vous donnera entière satisfaction pendant longtemps.

2. AVANT PROPOS

Votre fauteuil de transfert comporte un numéro de série unique d'identification.

Vous le trouverez sur la barre transversale principale en dessous de la toile du

siège. Ce numéro doit être indiqué dans toute correspondance.

Notez ici votre numéro de série pour toute référence future :

________________. Ce fauteuil n'est pas un modèle autopropulsé ; il ne doit

être utilisé qu'avec l'aide d'un accompagnateur.

Le poids maximal de l'utilisateur est de 115 kg ; cette limite ne doit

en aucun cas être dépassée.

Lors du pliage du fauteuil pour le transport en voiture, les repose-pieds

peuvent être retirés, ce qui traduit par un cadre plus léger (10,3 kg).

Avant chaque utilisation, nous vous conseillons fortement d’inspecter votre

fauteuil de transfert pour déceler tout desserrage éventuel des éléments.

Toute modification à ce produit sans l'accord exprès de Aidapt rendra votre

garantie invalide.
