# For at undgå mekaniske beskadigelser er displayet i skridttæl-

leren ved leveringen betrukket med en folie. Denne skal trækkes

forsigtigt af før ibrugtagningen.

Fjernelse af isoleringsstrimlen

Apparatet er allerede ved levering udstyret med batterier.

# Isoleringsstrimlen på bagsiden af tælleren trækkes ud i pilens

retning.

Skridttælleren er dermed driftsklar og står i tællemodus (se under

”holdemodus / tællemodus“).

Ibrugtagning

Før første anvendelse skal følgende parametre indstilles: skridtlængde

(gang), legemsvægt, klokkeslættet, ugedag. Det er forudsætning

for at skridttællerens funktioner kan bruges fornuftigt.

Når der skal foretages indstillinger, skal skridttælelren først slås fra

tællemodus over i holdemodus.
