Använd stegräknaren

Produkten måste stå i räkne-läge för att kunna använda denna

funktion (se ”Hold-läge / räkne-läge“).

# Sätt fast stegräknaren i bältet med bälteshållaren

(se bild F).

OBSERVERA! Stegräknaren måste sitta stadigt och säkert.

Annars blir mätningarna inkorrekta.

Stegräknaren registrerar kroppens rörelser och räknar antal steg,

den tillryggalagda sträckan, tiden och beräknar även genomsnitts-

hastigheten samt kaloriförbrukningen. Stegräknaren känner av

automatiskt om du går eller springer.

Obs: Beräknade värden är närliggande värden. Olika steglängd

eller andra faktorer som klädsel, terräng eller liknande ger inte

exakta mätningar.
