3.15 Werking voor cv-bedrijf
Zet de kamerthermostaat vragend en controleer de
werking voor cv (op het display staat nu een c).
Omdat de cv-pomp iedere 24 uur even bekrachtigd
wordt kan deze in principe niet vast gaan zitten.
3.9 Tapwatervolumestroom
(alleen als er klachten over zijn)
Open een warm waterkraan en meet de volume-
stroom. Vervang de hoeveelheidsregelaar bij een te
grote afwijking. Zie de technische specificaties op
blz. 38. voor het maximale tapdebiet: vervang de
regelaar bij afwijking van meer dan -15%.
3.16 Druk van de cv-installatie
Controleer de cv-installatiedruk.
• De druk moet ca. 1,6 bar zijn
(bij een koude cv-installatie).
• Als de druk aan de lage kant is,
moet de cv-installatie bijgevuld
worden.
Bij klachten van bewoners over extra bijvullen of bij
veel F5-storingen in het storingsgeheugen:
controleer het expansievat en de cv-overstort.
3.13 Zuurgraad van het cv-water
Als er niet-zuurstof diffusiedichte kunststof slangen
voor de vloerverwarming of de installatie zijn gebruikt,
controleer dan de zuurgraad van het cv-water.
De pH-waarde moet tussen de 5 en 8 zitten om
corrosieproblemen te voorkomen.
3.12 Koppelingen
Controleer de gas-, tapwater- en cv-koppelingen op
bevestiging en lekkage. Indien nodig:
• Draai de koppelingen vast
• Vervang bij (blijvende) lekkage de pakking
Bevestig de mantel weer op z’n plaats
Vergeet niet, in verband met de elektrische veiligheid,
om de mantel weer met de parkers vast te schroeven.
3.10 Tapwater-temperatuur
(alleen als er klachten over zijn)
Open een warm waterkraan en meet de tempera-
tuur (op het display staat nu een h).
Zie technische specificaties op blz. 38.
3.17 Rookgasafvoer en de luchttoevoer
Controleer of (de aansluitingen van) het luchttoevoer-
en rookgasafvoersysteem in een goede staat
verkeren en de verbindingen goed dicht zijn.
11.3 Onderhoudset en pakkingset
Voor het onderhoud van het Econpact toestel is een
onderhoudset en pakkingset beschikbaar.
Onderhoudset

Deze set is noodzakelijk om gedegen onderhoud aan de
toestellen uit te kunnen voeren.
Samenstelling:
• 6x klemmetjes voor bevestiging inspectieluik
(indien de schroef afgebroken is)
• 1x schraper voor condensbakreiniging
• 1x reinigingsmes voor reiniging van de cv-wisselaar
• 6x strips voor zijkant cv-wisselaar
• 1x instructie DRS1025 voor uitleg over gebruik van
strips zijkant cv-wisselaar.
• 1x tube hoge temperatuur bestendige siliconenkit
Pakkingset
Een pakkingset is noodzakelijk om de verbindingen na
het onderhoud weer te voorzien van nieuwe pakkingen.

3.11 Keerkleppen (niet van toepassing)
3.14 CV-stijgingslijn
Controleer de instelling van de cv-stijgingslijn en stel
deze in op de geadviseerde instelling.
3.18 Rookgaslekkage
Controleer of er geen rookgaslekkage is tussen de
cv-wisselaar en de brander.
4.0 Ontstekingscontrole na onderhoud
Controleer of het toestel goed ontsteekt na onder-
houd. Zie uitleg in document DRS1087.
