9.4.5 Condensopvang en -afvoer

• Verwijder de deksel van de condensopvang (fig. 9.8, A)

en controleer de opvang op vervuiling en/of verstopping.

• Controleer de condensafvoer (fig. 9.8, B) op vervuiling

en/of verstopping.

Spoel e.v.t. door met schoon leidingwater. Giet dan

voorzichtig water in de condensopvangbak (D)

Heropbouw van de ventilatie unit

Algemeen: let er bij de montage op dat afdichtprofielen

niet beschadigd raken. Monteer het geheel in

omgekeerde

volgorde weer terug:

1. Plaats de instroomkelen terug.

2. Plaats wisselaar terug.

3. Plaats by-pass met schuimdelen terug.

3. Breng overige schuimdelen weer aan.

4. Sluit bypass weer aan.

5. Bevestig front en filters.

6. Steek Perilex-steker in contactdoos.

9.4.4 Beveiligingsklep

Om de klep te testen hoeft deze niet perse uit het toestel

te worden genomen. De klep is ook bereikbaar via de

perszijde van de afvoerventilator. Voor het meten van de

weerstand moet de stekker van de klep wel van de print

worden losgenomen van de print.

• Controleer of de beveiligingsklep (fig. 9.8, C) vrij kan

bewegen en of deze niet verontreinigd is.

• Controleer de klep elektrisch met behulp van een

weerstandmeter.

• Klep open:

weerstand is oneindig, er is geen contact.

• Klep gesloten:

weerstand is (nagenoeg) 0 Ohm, er is contact.

9.4.6 Volume stromen

• Controleer aan de hand van het originele

inregelrapport de volume stroom per ventiel.

• Indien de volume stromen afwijken van de origineel

gerapporteerde waarde, regel het toestel dan

opnieuw in. Gebruik voor dit inregelen de

volumestromen welke volgens het bouwbesluit zijn

gespecificeerd. Zie voor het inregelen ook hoofdsuk

8.4 “Luchtzijdig inregelen van de installatie
