8.5 Aansluiten van de zonnecollector
Plaatsingshoogte
De zonnecollector moet altijd volledig leeg kunnen lopen
in het vat van de terugloopunit. Om dit te garanderen
moet de onderzijde van de zonnecollector altijd boven de
terugloopunit gemonteerd worden en moet een leiding-
afschot van 20 tot 40 mm per meter aangehouden
worden.
De bovenkant van de collector mag maximaal 3 meter
boven de collectorpomp zitten, omdat de collectorpomp
een maximale opvoerhoogte van 3 meter heeft.
Leidingwerk
De zonneboiler is voorbereid voor standaard 15 mm
leidingwerk. Gebruik bij installatie alleen koper of RVS
leiding.
De leidingen tussen de zonnecollector en de terugloop-
unit dienen onder afschot naar de terugloopunit toe
geïnstalleerd te worden. Als vuistregel voor het minimum
afschot wordt 20 tot 40 mm per meter leidinglengte
gehanteerd. Er mogen geen “zakken” (zwanenhals
constructies), waar water in kan blijven staan, voorkomen.
De leidingen dienen om de meter gebeugeld te worden.
De gebruikte beugels moeten een temperatuur van 130
o
C
kunnen verdragen.
De collectorleidingen moeten geïsoleerd worden. Gebruik
hiervoor Vidoflex, of een gelijkwaardig isolatiemateriaal.
