Handelwijze
1 Kneed het deeg en maak er 6 broodjes van
2 Leg ze op een ingevet ovenblik
3 Bestrijk ze lichtjes met de gesmolten boter
4 Dek ze 20-25 minuten af
5 Laten ze rijzen tot ze de dubbele hoogte hebben en breng glazuur aan
6 Bak ze ongeveer 15-20 minuten op 190 °C

water 1¼ kopje
magere melkpoeder 2 el
gesmolten boter 2 el
honing 2 el
bruine suiker 1 el
zout 1½ tl
hard volkorenmeel 3¼ kopje
snelwerkende gist 1½ tl
te selecteren instelling 6 Dough
Handelwijze
Ga te werk als bij de witte broodjes.
Warme gevlochten broodjes
water 1 kopje
gesmolten boter ¼ kopje
suiker ¼ kopje
ei (geklopt)
zout 1 tl
hard witbroodmeel 3¾ kopje
snelwerkende gist 2 tl
kaneel
nootmuskaat ¼ tl
rozijnen 1 kopje
te selecteren instelling 6 Dough
Handelwijze
1 Verdeel het deeg in 8-12 stukken. Vorm ze en maak ze iets platter.
2 Glazuur ze met het ei en de melk (maar niet het vlechtwerk).
3 Dek ze af en laat ze 30 minuten rijzen.
4 Bak ze 16-18 minuten in de oven op 190 °C (375 °F).
5 Glazuur ze naar behoefte met ei en melk.
