Er bestaan al twee verbindingen, bijv. tijdens Makelen(Wisselgesprek)
of Ruggespraakfunctie, en het Conferentiegesprek dient te worden
gestart, druk op de R toets Het lopende gesprek word in de wacht-
stand geplaatst en de afwijkende informatietoon klinkt..
Druk nu het cijfer 3. Het Conferentiegesprek wordt geactiveerd.
Verbreekt een van de gesprekspartners het gesprek, dan kan
het gesprek met de overgebleven gesprekspartner gewoon door
gaan.
Door zelf het gesprek te beëindigen wordt het Conferentiegesprek
met alle gesprekspartners afgebroken.
Is de AEG Vitra op een telefooncentrale aangesloten dan dient
de handleiding van deze centrale geraadpleegd te worden om
de methode vast te stellen.

Ruggespraak en Makelen(Wisselgesprek) / Doorverbinden
Tijdens een gesprek met een externe gesprekspartner is er informatie
gewenst van een andere partij intern, via een intern gesprek
of het gesprek dient intern doorverbonden te worden.
Druk op de toets Intern, het externe gesprek wordt in de wacht
gezet.
Kies voor een interne gesprekpartner 1…5 (afhankelijk van het
gebruikte aantal handsets). De interne gesprekspartner wordt gebeld.
Druk op de toets verbinding verbreken, het gesprek is doorverbonden.
Om na intern overleg terug te keren naar het externe gesprek, verbreek
dan de verbinding niet, maar druk op de INT-toets. Het interne gesprek
wordt nu in de wacht gezet. Op deze wijze kunt ongelimiteerd tussen
de interne en externe gesprekspartners wisselen.
Het gesprek staken door op de toets verbinding verbreken te drukken.
