Voor het deeg:
200 g boter
100 g suiker
100 g poedersuiker
1 zakje vanillesuiker
snufje zout
4 eieren
400 g bloem
1 zakje bakpoeder
1/8 liter melk
50 g cacao
sap van ½ citroen
Donkere tulbandvorm
Margarine voor het invetten
Paneermeel voor het bestrooien van de bakvorm
Boter, suiker, citroensap, vanillesuiker en zout in een mengkom doen en
roeren tot een schuimige massa ontstaat. Vervolgens de eieren een voor
een toevoegen en nogmaals roeren tot het een schuimige massa is ge-
worden.
Het met bloem gemengde bakpoeder en de melk aan de schuimmassa
toevoegen en het geheel mengen.
De helft van het deeg in de ingevette en met paneermeel bestrooide
bakvorm doen. De andere helft met de cacao mengen en over het lichte
deeg verdelen. Met een vork het donkere deeg in cirkelvormige bewe-
gingen door het lichte deeg roeren en aansluitend glad strijken. Daarna
in de oven plaatsen.
