Op de juiste wijze bewaren
Het apparaat beschikt over 2 apart instelbare temperatuurzones (beide instelbaar
van 5 tot 18° C):
Bovenste vak witte wijn, champagne, sekt, rosé
Onderste vak rode wijn
Denk erom dat de ingestelde temperatuur in het onderste vak altijd gelijk aan of
hoger dan de temperatuur in het bovenste vak moet zijn.
De ideale drinktemperaturen*
6–8° champagne, mousserende wijn, chasselas, riesling, sauvignon blanc,
jonge chardonnay en zoete wijn, rosé
8–10° rijpe chardonnay en sauterne
13 –15° gamay, jonge merlot, jonge pinot noir
15 –17° jonge bordeaux, lichte cabernet, barbera, merlot
16 –18° grote bourgogne, bordeaux, Italiaanse, Spaanse, Californische wijn
17–18° barolo, recioto amarone
(De lage temperatuur geldt voor de eenvoudige, de hogere voor de complexere,
kwalitatief betere wijnen van elke soort.)

Ontdooien
De koelruimte wordt automatisch ontdooid.
Het ontdooien van de verdamper achter de achterwand van de koelruimte geschiedt
automatisch. Het dooiwater wordt in het afvoergootje achter de achterwand van de
koelruimte opgevangen, door het afvoergat in de opvangbak aan de compressor
gevoerd en daar verdampt.
Reiniging en onderhoud
Uit het oogpunt van hygiëne moeten de binnenzijde van het apparaat en de acces-
soires regelmatig gereinigd worden.
Waarschuwing! Het apparaat moet vóór het reinigen spanningloos gemaakt wor-
den – kans op elektrische schokken! Stekker uit het stopcontact trekken of zekering
in de huisinstallatie uitschakelen.
