Guardar correctamente
El aparato dispone de dos zonas térmicas ajustables por separado (ambas ajusta-
bles de 5 a 18º C):
Compartimiento superior: vino blanco, Cava, espumosos, vino rosado
Compartimiento inferior: vino tino
Por favor, recuerde que la temperatura ajustada en el compartimiento inferior debe
ser como mínimo igual o superior a la del compartimiento superior.
Las temperaturas de cata ideales*
6–8° Cavas, espumosos, Chasselas, Riesling, Sauvignon blanco,
Chardonnays jóvenes y vinos dulces, todos los rosados
8–10° Chardonnays y Sauternes envejecidos
13 –15° Gamay, Merlots jóvenes, tintos jóvenes Pinot
15 –17° Burdeos joven, Cabernet suave, Barbera, Merlot
16 –18° Grandes Borgoñas, Burdeos, italianos, españoles, californianos, etc.
17–18° Barolo, Reciotto Amarone
(Las temperaturas más bajas corresponden a los vinos más sencillos, las más altas
para los vinos más complejos y de mejor calidad de cada categoría.)

Descongelación
El espacio de refrigeración se descongela automáticamente
La descongelación del evaporador situado tras la pared posterior del espacio de
refrigeración se produce automáticamente. El agua condensada se recoge en el
canal de salida situado tras la pared posterior, pasa a través del orificio de salida a
la tina colectora junto al compresor y allí se evapora.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
Por razones de higiene, conviene limpiar periódicamente el interior del aparato,
incluyendo el equipamiento interior.
¡Atención! Durante la limpieza, es imprescindible que el aparato esté desconectado
de la red eléctrica - ¡peligro de descarga eléctrica! Antes de comenzar los trabajos
de limpieza, desconecte el aparato y extraiga el enchufe o desconecte el fusible y
desenrósquelo.
